Do yourself a favor and save yourself the money talk with the prosecutor or the court and see what options you have available...BEFORE hiring an attorney. Texas law offers several options that will keep your ticket off your driving record and you can do this without hiring an attorney. Sullo attorneys will have you believe you NEED them to take care of you ticket when in reality you're paying them to do something you can do yourself. Check in to Defensive Driving Deferred Adjudication Community Service Probation all options you can handle directly with the court without an attorney.I have seen several Sullo attorneys in action in court and they do not have their client's best interest at heart. They set every case for trial and may have 10-15 clients that will be set for trial on the same day. They will only meet with their clients just before their case is about to be called for trial because they don't really care about you they only care about making as much money as they can therefore the reason they set as many cases for trial as they can. Don't be fooled!!! Check into your options with the court first then if you have no other choice but to go to trial then hire an attorney but be very careful about using Sullo firm.
